About Me...

Born and raised in Sacramento, Greg has brought good old fashioned customer service back to Real Estate. A second generation Realtor, Greg prides himself in his local Real Estate expertise and getting the job done right, the first time! It takes more than good luck to get a home bought or sold today, and Greg is not afraid of a little hard work and has the results to prove it!

In his second year of Real Estate, Greg was proud to become a member of the Master’s Club, which is the group of top producing Realtors in the Sacramento area. Greg is excited to now be a LIFE MEMBER of the Master's Club selling over sixty four-million dollars in real estate in his career. After spending a number of years with Keller Williams Realty and Re/Max Advantage Real Estate, Greg opened his own Real Estate firm in 2004 aptly named Coltrin Real Estate.

Greg brings dedication to work that is not often found in others. That is why he has created so many enduring friendships through real estate and has consistently earned repeat clients and referrals from more than just friends and family members.
